We wanted to share with you a project that we have developed in BRService and that we have already made operational for a few years.
As you know the aspect of “Energy Saving” is a very important issue on the machines injection and especially on “EVA injection” linear machines.
As you can see from the attached file “Cost of product feasibility“, electricity influences the cost of the finished product for about 2% on average, in some countries more and in others less.
Our project consists in modifying old machines of any type and brand (UNION, OTTOGALLI, LORENZIN, MAINGROUP etc …).
In case of EVA machines, we will remove the two current pump units and install three new pump units special and independent, with high-efficiency and controlled by new-generation BRUSHLESS, leaving however the current hydraulic unit so that it is a minimally invasive and fast intervention.
This new VERA® technology allows to drastically reduce energy costs direct and indirect.
As you can see from the attached file “ESxXL Project” in a year this saving was calculated at about 121.080 Kw for a 6 station machine. Logically, besides this direct saving, there are others significant indirect benefits.
